Package: 9wm
Version: 1.2-7
Severity: wishlist

Hello Maintainer,

I have found following notice in the menu package:

----[ '/usr/share/doc/menu/examples/README' ]-----------------------
<snip>
The 9wm window manager:
   If you want to get Debian menus, you should type

     /etc/X11/9wm/system.9wmrc --start /Debian

   and the menus will appear in the 9wm menu (mouse 3).

   Also, if you, for example, select Apps/Games/Puzzles/xtriangles,
   then, apart from MainMenu, you'll also have an entry for
   Apps, Games and Puzzles in your 9wm menu. I don't know
   how to fix this (or if it should be "fixed").
--------------------------------------------------------------------

If I understand this right, then "9wm" can only handle Menus in the
first level, and NO submenus right? and if the parent menus are empty,
the will be included too, even empty.

While I was RTFM (menu) I have tried something and it would be nice,
if you can test the attached menu-method so you can include it in the
"9wm" package and Bill Allomberg as an example in the menu package

Question: Does 9wm support sidebars in the menus?
           =>  <http://mentors.debian.net/> => tdmenu

Thanks, Greetings and nice Day
