There are no changes I am aware of that could help changing the size of the terminal (except the fact that the max width is now set to 256 from release 0.8). It is planned upstream to allow changing the size dynamically from the GUI, but for the moment, nothing is done. The width and height must now be changed in both ajaxterm.py (main script) and in ajaxterm.html (in the call of ajaxterm.Terminal function). Implementing your proposal in the Debian package would imply too many changes in the upstream sources, I will however report your wish upstream so as to allow this in the next release.
