Bug#405721: network-manager: Doesn't find network device

This is the lspci output:

     00:12.0 Ethernet controller: VIA Technologies, Inc. VT6102 [Rhine-II]
     (rev 78)

Could this be related to bug 366373 (the problem with carrier detection)?

Could you please send me the output from NetworkManager.
