I've taken a quick look on this... it seems that the "Capturar" was already changed to "Captura" upstream, and the "Reproduzir" comes from a translation of "Playback" which is used also in other pieces of gnome-media besides the volume-control, so it may not be a good idea to change it without a better analysis.
