Actually, looking closer at conserver's changelog, there is indeed no chance that the current unstable version enters testing as this is a new upstream version with regards to the version in testing. So, there is indeed nothing preventing an upload to happen...:-) What I offer is posting a call for translation updates myself, in -i18n, collect translations, build a patch and either let Joergen do the upload....or send a NMU myself.
