Gpr expects the name of the PPD file corresponding to each printer to be
specified using the parameter "ppdfile=<filename>" and does not
recognize the "ppd=<filename>" form in the above printcap. As
foomatic-configure is very commonly used, gpr should be fixed to work
with foomatic out-of-the-box.
