Those key combinations don't work only for vim. You can use ctrl+up/down in other console applications (MC is good example). If you press ctrl+pageup in vim in MGT it acts like it was plain "PagUp" -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
