I would also suggest to add a specific configuration file instead of using the arm one, so that EABI is always selected on the armel architecture. The attached patch does that. The configuration file is the one from the arm architecture, with CONFIG_AEABI and CONFIG_OABI_COMPAT enabled. -- .''`.
