Package: kde-guidance-powermanager Version: 0.7.0-1 Severity: normal When I select 'suspend' from the kde-guidance-powermanager menu, the screensaver is enabled but nothing else happens; the system does not suspend. There are no relevent entries added to dmesg, so it doesn't look like the suspend request is getting as far as the kernel.
The hibernate option works as expected. Please let me know what additional information is needed to debug this. -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-4-amd64 Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages kde-guidance-powermanager depends on: ii hal 0.5.8.1-6.1 Hardware Abstraction Layer ii python 2.4.4-2 An interactive high-level object-o ii python-dbus 0.71-3 simple interprocess messaging syst ii python-kde3 3.15.2+20060422-3 KDE3 bindings for Python ii python-support 0.5.6 automated rebuilding support for p kde-guidance-powermanager recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
