Desktop is not really "basic", it's about the most complex installation
you can get :-)
It still looks like a mirror problem to me. Trying again now may have
solved it.
Yes, it did! This time, the installation went through flawlessly, using
the same mirror as last night. So I guess this isn't a real bug, and
can be closed.
