When I start reportbug-ng, some instructions appear. The first one tells me
to enter a package name and press enter, so I do so. Immediately the rest
of the instructions disappear, and I think "Oh! What do I do next?"
Afraid I don't know much about UI design so I'm not sure what should happen
instead, but if you display instructions then somehow they should stay
visible until completed or dismissed.
