from Ubuntu Edgy it worked normal again.
Please, report these problems directly to Ubuntu.
The current versions in Debian are:
mysql-admin: 1.2.5rc-2
mysql-server: 5.0.32-7etch1
If you experience the bug with the mysql-admin version in Etch, you
might re-open the bug.
