Perhaps I'm mistaken. I did try this as "installer" with password "install" but I seem to recall that I was logged out. (Probably as the install was already running via the other login.) Maybe the documentation mentions so other username that I could have used and I missed it. Or perhaps I should have thought of trying again after the first few steps when the root and user accounts were created.
