I changed it slightly from the one in the bugreport, there are now two QueryInterface calls in the python code, one on an existing element and another on an element created in the python code. QueryInterface on the existing element works if the element has previously been queried in javascript. Comment out the QueryInterface call in the javascript code and the one in the python code will fail. The QueryInterface call on the element that is created in the python code always fails.
I upgraded all my xulrunner derived packages to version 1.8.11-1 yesterday, and the problem persists. Regards, Dofri
