Apparently, tags are not replaced in custom templates by podebconf-report-po
when used with "--template". This can be seen with the attached templates we
plan to use in the Smith Review Project.

The debian-l10n-english team has reviewed the debconf templates for
<package>. This process has resulted in changes that may make your
existing translation incomplete.

A round of translation updates is being launched to synchronize all
translations.

Hi,

The debian-l10n-english team has reviewed the debconf templates for
<package>. This opens an opportunity for new translations to be sent
for that package.

<package> already includes translations for <filelist>,
so do not translate it to these languages (the previous translators will
be contacted separately).
