Hi,

When I try to upgrade the package reportbug, here is the following problem that 
I encounter :

I try to remove the package in order to install the newer version and here is 
the result :

Then I Try to reinstall it and here is what it says :

When I try to reconfigure the package I have :

sz92s# dpkg-reconfigure reportbug                                               
     
/usr/sbin/dpkg-reconfigure: reportbug is broken or not fully installed

here is the result of "dpkg -C" :
