If that suffices, then please remove the long description at all. However, I really suggest you have a look at the developers-reference, section "6.5.3.2. Description: short and extended description". I also suggest to cover what does "zeiberbude" does, and why should one user need it. Keep in mind that short and long descriptions are used by people to decide if they should install the package or not. You could write how it helps with administering internet cafÃs: does it do firewalling, remote booting, kiosk-gui or does it keep track of how much coffee is left in the bar?
