I just updated to the version shown and this bug is still there. When it didn't come up at first, I deleted the .config?Monodevelop directory. then I got a sharing violation trying to write and read to addins.config at the same time. Now I get a minimal addins.config, repositories only, 2 listed. I get the stack trace in the original bug report. It fails after logging that MonoDevelop.Ide was loaded. I do have all the addins installed available in the repository.
