Well, it relaxes the depends slightly. This allowed friends of me running 
testing to test the packages also, yet it still runs fine in unstable.
Is this not allowed?

But aparantly something else went wrong. Luckily I already have an version 
0.5.1 of openmsx ready that depends on libgcc1 (>= 1:3.4.1-3) which looks 
okay to me. I'll talk to my sponsor about it.
