Hi, there are some issues to consider for this bug:
(1) While latex2html is currently not an option, at least the PostScript version should be delivered (currently commented out in debian/rules) (2) The documentation is currently distributed in the source package. When considering the removal of documentation, it must be consistently removed there, too (or consistently distributed in source and binary as I would suggest here, see (3)). (3) The documentation at hand contains no invariant sections, no front-cover and back-cover texts and should therefore distributed by Debian.
