Hi,
Last sunday I upgraded slapd to version 2.2.23-1. After restarting samba I
got an email message that samba was segfaulting:

I have my user account in ldap and connect from samba to ldap using
start tls, see relevant info from smb.conf below. It seems that the
new version of slapd is linked with openssl in stead of gnutls and
that something goes wrong in the connection setup between smbd and slapd.
I don't know whether to file a bug with samba or slapd (or gnutls or
openssl) but as all other services (libnss-ldap, libpam-ldap and phpLdapAdmin)
continue to work I file the bug here.
Greetings Arjan Oosting
