Hello, Thanks for your fast response. No, I executed the same steps "average users" execute in a hurry. It seems that the mount does not use synchronous writes, and there is a delay between graphically dragging / moving a file and it is being actually written to the pendrive. If you remove the pendrive during this delay, the crash happens. If you wait a while (around 10 seconds), then the file is written and crash does not happen.
