Package: reportbug
Version: 3.37
Severity: minor

I submitted 2 bug reports with attachments yesterday, in both cases there
were time delays and extra effort for the developers later asking me for
attachments that are already attached in the BTS webpages.

I suspect that the developers receive an emailed version of the
reportbug report, where the attachments are missing.

I notice these reportbug attachments are "attached" but not displayed in the
webpages, but if i email an attachment (not using reportbug) then the
attachments are displayed inline.

I didnt notice until now that there is a choice to "include" or "attach" in
reportbug. As the difference might be lost on some simple users like me, it
might save some time for the developers if the "include" option is placed
higher up in the menu, and put the "attach" at the bottom?

attaching file test.txt

thanks

jim
