Hi,
Firstly, thanks for an _excellent_ bug report. It was very well
documented, and it is clear what the issue is. Unfortunately, I can't
seem to be able to reproduce it here:
__> sudo ucf --state-dir /tmp ~/.project /tmp/foo
__> sudo ucf --state-dir /tmp ~/.login /tmp/foo
[ask for a diff, a sideways doff, and a diff again]
By asking to retain my copy of the file, I can do the second
step over and over, and I have not been able to get it to fail on me.
Can you reproduce the problem on your box?
