According to grotty man, if '-c' is enabled '-o' should supress all overstriking
other than that disabled by '-b' or '-u', so seems it should work.

I have just uploaded a new version, to test that in real life. Old
un-overstriking code is removed, things are made a bit more compact and some
cosmetic changes are also included.
