I guess /etc/rc2.d/S20inetd is a dangling symlink then and the package
that left behind this dangling symlink should be fixed first (and as a
second measure we can make the dbus init script more robust to also
detect such broken setups).
Can you can confirm, that it is a dangling symlink? If so, did you make
any manual changes (like deleting /etc/init.d/inetd by accident)?
Do you remember which package shipped /etc/init.d/inetd?

About the second error, the missing netdev group, did you delete this
system user yourself? Can you post the file in /etc/dbus-1/system.d/
which contains a "group=netdev" entry.

Cheers,
Michael
