As long as sympa (wwsympa mainly, and the SOAP interface which seems to
require fastcgi) is working with libapache2-mod-fcgid, I think the
suggestion on non-free mod_fastcgi shouldn't be there any longer.
Right, that is already fixed for the next release. Also I will drop the
question whether FastCGI should be used. We try to determine whether it
is enabled and set use_fast_cgi accordingly. Maybe issue a warning if not.
