As expressed above in compact form, here's the status of those bugs: It should be possible to build a debug'able package now. I cannot reproduce the crash - please someone help test if the issue is gone now. The package still fails on some architectures. Help needed with figuring out the right way to deal with that. Have a look at the patch I added in 0.9.20070407-2 and get in touch with me if that isn't enough to get started.
