Now i can reproduce it yes:

a file with a dot in it will not get loaded (for example pdns.local)
a file with 2 dots will not get loaded (for example pdns..local)

2 files without dots didn't load well to... hmm next time i need better
testing I thought it works.

I'll see if i can fix it.
