Yes, mydns-pgsql package is not including it.

Would such a note below be sufficient in postinst?

mydns-pgsql is not yet equipped with debconf support. Please read
/usr/share/doc/mydns-common/QUICKSTART.postgres for information
how to get started.

An example configuration file is provided in /etc/mydns.conf.example.
Rename it to /etc/mydns.conf to start MyDNS on boot.

It would then dump a configuration file into /etc/mydns.conf.example.

* mydns-pgsql.mydns.init:
- Check for the configuration file; bail out if there is none.
* mydns-pgsql.postinst:
- Dump an example configuration file to /etc/mydns.conf.example.
- Show a note about it.
(Closes: #303564)
* mydns-pgsql.postrm:
- Remove all of mydns's configuration files in /etc on purge and the example one on remove.
