Package: emacs22
Severity: normal

I attempted to access the eamcs manual via the help menu (and also by the 'C-h
r' command) and got "Info-find-file: Info file emacs does not exist." I was
able to get to the emacs manual via navigating the info browser to the root of
the emacs documentation tree and selecting the 'emacs' node.
