I probably should, but a new release should be ready in a week or two, so unless I find some new bugs I don't think it is necessary to upload a new version. However, a version of dot2tex with a warning is available in SVN at: http://dot2tex.googlecode.com/svn/branches/2.0.3/dot2tex/dot2tex.py Don't worry. I'm doing my best to promote tikz. Almost all new features will be PGF and TikZ related.
What frightened me more was the .py suffix on your web page for dot2tex that is omitted in the Debian distribution :o)
