Package: diploma

Hello,
The diploma package depends on tetex-extra, which makes it
incompatible with TeXLive. Yet it seems to compile well
with TeXLive. If I'm not mistaken, it requires only the
latex executable and graphicx.sty, which are included in
texlive-base-bin and texlive-latex-base respectively.
Therefore, I believe that diploma should depend on
(tetex-extra OR texlive-latex-base) AND
(tetex-bin OR texlive-base-bin), not just tetex-extra.
