I am pretty fine with most of the changes. Just one thing:

I think that this one is - by implementing your changes - to apache
specific. That is not good, cause I plan to change this (407824).

Because of this I would tend to make it more generic, like this:

Some webservers can be automatically configured for mantis.
Please select all webservers you would like to automatically configure.

I think that is better, instead of changing it now, and changing it in a
while again.
