Then you should track where and in what conditions the EPHY_EMBED_LOAD_FLAGS_ALLOW_THIRD_PARTY_FIXUP flag is set, because everything in libxul is there for that to work (and my workaround, which is to add the nsIWebNavigation::LOAD_FLAGS_ALLOW_THIRD_PARTY_FIXUP flag, works).
