Can you share one of the messages that trigger the bug? I'm not able
to see the problem on my messages (in fact, this email is written with
reply-all)

do you have an account where you have [EMAIL PROTECTED] set as your email
address?
Evolution tries to sense if a message was sent to you via multiple addresses so
when you reply-all, it removes all of your email addresses from the lists.
