Package: openoffice.org-base Version: 2.0.4.dfsg.2-7etch1 Severity: normal I try to open a MySQL database connected via unixODBC. I can connect to the database and I can look at the table structure: field "id" (key): integer auto_increment field "niveau": integer 5 additional fields of type "varchar"
When I select "open", I get a popup window saying (free translation from Dutch): Data can not be loaded [unixODBC][Driver Manager]Invalid cursor state. Afterwards I get an empty window as table view(no rows/columns). I can access the same table via the JDBC interface without problems. I can open other tables within the same database without problems. Obviously all tables with problems have an "integer auto_increment" as key. I'm sure I could open the same table via openoffice.org-base when I was working in sarge under i386. This is the first time I try this in etch under amd64. -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-4-amd64-k8-bs Locale: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] (charmap=ISO-8859-15) Versions of packages openoffice.org-base depends on: ii gij [java2-r 4:4.1.1-15 The GNU Java bytecode interpreter ii gij-4.1 [jav 4.1.1-20 The GNU Java bytecode interpreter ii java-gcj-com 1.0.65-10 Java runtime environment using GIJ ii libc6 2.3.6.ds1-13 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libgcc1 1:4.1.1-21 GCC support library ii libglib2.0-0 2.12.4-2 The GLib library of C routines ii libhsqldb-ja 1.8.0.7-1 Java SQL database engine ii libmdbtools 0.5.99.0.6pre1.0.20051109-3 mdbtools libraries ii libstdc++6 4.1.1-21 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libstlport4. 4.6.2-3 STLport C++ class library ii openoffice.o 2.0.4.dfsg.2-7etch1 OpenOffice.org office suite archit ii openoffice.o 2.0.4.dfsg.2-7etch1 OpenOffice.org office suite Java s ii sun-java5-jr 1.5.0-10-3 Sun Java(TM) Runtime Environment ( openoffice.org-base recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
