Hi,

/usr/share/menu/blast2 contains many references to the "libvibrant6"
package:

?package(libvibrant6,blast2):command="/usr/bin/vibrate /usr/bin/bl2seq" 
needs="X11" \

This package does not exist and has been replaced by libvibrant6a.

Besides I do not understand why 2 packages are listed instead of just
blast2.
