Package: libnewt-dev
Version: 0.52.2-10
Severity: minor

README.Debian in libnewt-dev says the package is experimental and that
no packages should be built that depend on it. But the package is in
unstable and packages will be built that depend on it.

If the package is experimental it should not be in unstable, if it is
not experimental or the experiment is over the README.Debian should be
updated/fixed.
