Not really, I asked debian release to block deluge, so it hasn't
released in Etch (was too broken at this time).
users will
find that their software doesn't work when they upgrade, which is very
bad. have you thought about how to support the upgrade without this
breakage?
Well, I'm not the upstream maintainer ;-) Please check and tell me if
you think a better way.
Otherwise I'll have a talk with upstream to see if it's possible to warn
user and refuse to start deluge if an old incompatible conf file is
detected.
