That'd work.  I was hoping, with the increased usage of binNMUs, there's
something more convenient than changing debian/control by hand.  I'll
now go with
 Depends: git-core (>> ${source:Upstream-Version}, git-core (<<
 ${source:Upstream-Version}-.)
