I, as the original bug reporter, have now installed udev again and I'm
doing my best to reproduce the problem with same kernel package
(kernel-image-2.6.8-2-k7). I'm not fully aware of how different Debian
packages (kernel, udev, ...) are related to each other but what I can do
is to try to create the same environment again that was present when
crashes occured.

I'm doing my best to help Debian bug tracking team(s).
