Hmmm, corrected That part is currently manually re-added to French translations after discussions we had at DebConf among the i18n crowd. There are plans to check the presence of a properly filled in header in all PO files, with licensing and copyright information. Up to now, I only re-add a correct header to fr.po files when they change. I'll try to remember about this "same than/same as" issue.
