Hi,
Please change the section for package lwatch from utils to admin.
There are some packages with similar functionality like loco and swatch.
Both are placed in admin. And that's the reason I also put the lwatch
into admin.
However, if you decide to left the package in utils please reassign this
bug to the lwatch package - I will fix the Section in nearest upload.
