Package: gaim
Version: 1:1.2.1-1
Severity: wishlist

Hi,

I'm using gaim with Jabber. In contrast to SSL where an unsuccessful SSL
handshake is signalled, the option "use TLS if available" doesn't
show the TLS state (successful/unsuccessful) after the handshake. It
would be very useful for the user to know if an encrypted connection is
available.

bye,
  Roland
