Package: icewm
Version: 1.2.30-1
Severity: normal

Window-titel with swedish characters (high ascii?) gets truncated and
errors are logged in ~/.xsession-errors

How to reproduce:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ nohup xterm -title öäå -e sleep 2 > /dev/null & tail -n 1
~/.xsession-errors
[4] 10374
IceWM: Warning: Invalid multibyte string "öäå": Invalid or incomplete
multibyte or wide character
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$

Noticed it while running Iceweasel and it tried to set a swedish window
title and the HD spinned up to write the error log.

/David A.
