Sorry, but I dont regard this as fixed. The library either has some API,
or hasn't. The situation with this function is that there is a function,
it is implemented in the code (at least it looks like it), but it is
implemented incorrectly. This cannot be solved by one line in
README.Debian.
Please note this function is not related to using double precision
arithmetic, so using GIMPACT is not an obstacle for implementing it.
It is all about passing data as doubles.
