I think I know what the original submitter means. Delete the single line with
vboxlirc! If you configure your /etc/lircrc to fire up a program on a keypress,
irexec needs to be started with option -d.
To give an example /etc/lircrc:

begin
prog = irexec
button = Play
repeat = 0
config = mpc toggle
end
</code>
If irexec isn't running, nothing happens. If irexec is running, playing music
with music playing daemon is toggled on/off.
This is a interesting feature. Please add in next upload.
