asterisk_fix should be called if it exists.

If asterisk_fix doesn't exist, then the package asterisk has not yet
beein installed. Hence asterisk isn't actually running. asterisk_fix
will be called when the package asterisk will be installed, before
asterisk will get a chance to run.

This script should not be part of asterisk-config, as it should be as
simple as possible to replace asterisk-config with a custom config
package.
