Had the same problem. I found that libtray files are missing from /usr/share/amsn/utils/linux/traydock After restoring libtray.so and pkgIndex.tcl from an earlier version of amsn package, the docking feature worked. I hope this helps the packager,so he can focus on more serious bugs.
